The Paseo Del Rey HVAC & Fire Alarm critical repair project consisted of 5 phases, including relocation of operational classrooms and administrative offices during construction with minimal disruption to ongoing activities. The construction project was sitewide throughout the elementary school campus. The project included new HVAC and fully addressable Fire Alarm systems installed campus-wide as well as roofing repair and ADA upgrades throughout the facility.
